Itamar Zorman: 2nd Prize Winner in Tchaikovsky Competition
The Ilona Feher Foundation would like to proudly congratulate ITAMAR ZORMAN for winning second price in the Tchaikovsky International Competition. This was the top prize given, and Itamar is the first Israeli violinist to have received a prize in this competition since 1962!

Netanel Draiblate: Concertmaster, Soloist and Teacher
Netanel Draiblate was granted tenure as the concertmaster of the Annapolis Symphony earlier this summer. He will be teaching and performing in the Campina Grande international music festival in Brazil in July as well as the Dali Quartet summer festival in PA later on this summer. Netanel was the featured soloist with the Peabody Concert Orchestra, performing the Mendelssohn Violin Concerto Op.64, the same piece will be performed in Lancaster, PA in the 2011-2012 Season with the Lancaster Symphony.

Mr. Draiblate is getting known as a teacher as well, having sent one student to De Paul school of music in Chicago with full tuition as well as competition winning students in PA. Netanel currently teaches at the elite strings program in North Wales, PA.

Mr. Draiblate premiered a quartet written by Jonathan Leshnoff at a special even held at the university of Maryland on June 26th 2011.
